Reykjadalur Hot Springs, located in the Suðurland region of Iceland, is a unique destination that offers a hot river where visitors can bathe. The hike to the hot river is approximately 3 km long and takes around 45-60 minutes to complete, with plenty of photo opportunities along the way. The trail passes through a geothermal valley, filled with hot springs and mud pools, and offers breathtaking scenery, including the beautiful Djúpagilsfoss waterfall. The valley is also home to a variety of flora and fauna, and the hot river is a great spot to relax and unwind. However, be prepared for crowds, especially during peak season, and be mindful of the lack of facilities, including dressing rooms and restrooms. Additionally, the hike can be steep and narrow in some areas, and horseback riding tours are also available for those who prefer a guided experience
