The Baumwipfelpfad Saarschleife is a 1,250 meter long treetop walkway located in the Orscholz area of Mettlach, Germany. The walkway offers stunning views of the Saarschleife and is designed to be barrier-free, making it accessible for visitors with strollers or wheelchairs. Along the path, there are information stations and a specially designed bridge and slide for children. The walkway leads to a 42-meter high observation tower, which provides a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The area is also home to the Abenteuerwald Saarschleife, a playground with over 25 play and learning stations. The treetop walk is open year-round, and visitors can enjoy the unique atmosphere of the forest in any weather
