Isis Temple Mainz: Visiting a goddess with a migration background
This family's experience:

Activities: We went to the Isis-Tempel in Mainz. It's located in the basement of a shopping mall! We saw the illuminated foundations, enlargements of the finds, and a multimedia show. My son played archaeologist at an interactive computer station, digging up artifacts on a screen

Highlights: The multimedia show was quite captivating. My son liked the interactive computer station where he could play archaeologist. He learned that old vases break if you dig them up with a spade, and that they may have sacrificed fruits and possibly even a dog! "Infotainment geglückt!" (Infotainment succeeded!) ✨
