Lippesee is a recreational reservoir in Paderborn, Germany, offering a large sandy beach for swimming and sunbathing, paths for jogging and cycling, and various areas to relax. The reservoir is surrounded by a six-kilometre circular trail with viewing points and benches. Visitors can enjoy sailing, surfing, water skiing, pedal boating, stand-up paddling, cycling, walking, jogging, mini golf, horse riding, and camping. The area also features a skate park, beach volleyball and beach handball courts, a boules court, a streetball court, an off-road bike course, children's playgrounds, and a youth campsite. In winter, the surrounding route can be used as a cross-country skiing trail
