The Rheinturm is a 240.5-metre-high concrete telecommunications tower with a revolving restaurant and an observation deck at a height of 168 metres. It is the tallest building in Düsseldorf and offers a light sculpture on its shaft that works as a clock, making it a notable landmark. The tower carries aerials for directional radio, FM and TV transmitters, and its observation deck is open to the public, providing a great view of the city
