With the Dalai Lama on the bathing island (in Steinhude, Germany)
This family's experience:

Activities: We visited the Badeinsel in Steinhude. We crossed the bridge to the 35000 square meter island. We listened to the Dalai Lama speak and the kids went to the beach. “They have found a Halbinsel and explored the dunes”

Highlights: The kids loved the beach, especially the Halbinsel and the dunes. "The Badeinsel was toll!" They also enjoyed the playground. They “could create the future” by building their own sandcastle. It seemed “everything [was] geschützt und überschaubar" ✨
