What to expect
The Autostadt is a visitor attraction adjacent to the Volkswagen factory in Wolfsburg, Germany, with a prime focus on automobiles. It features a museum, feature pavilions for the principal automobile brands in the Volkswagen Group, a customer centre where customers can pick up new cars, and take a tour through the factory. The complex also includes a large variety of multimedia activities and devices, such as car design software, and a room exhibiting the advantages and disadvantages of different fuels. There are also two 60-metre-tall glass silos used as storage for new cars, and a mini track for children where they can drive small electric cars in the form of Volkswagen Beetles. The Autostadt has a small track for the off-road Volkswagen Touareg and offers a guide to the evolution of roads and a cinema in a large sphere

Activities: We visited the Autostadt, a theme park next to the Volkswagen factory. This place has different pavilions showcasing various brands of the group, with the 'ZeitHaus' as the central point, exhibiting over 250 exhibits from over 130 years of automotive history. There are also many offers, especially for children
Highlights: While the Autostadt is a must for many visiting Wolfsburg, our experience was not as enthusiastic as in Phaeno. We would have preferred to stay longer at Phaeno ✨
