Wolfenbüttel with children: A weekend in Lower Saxony's perhaps most beautiful city

Wolfenbüttel with children: A weekend in Lower Saxony's perhaps most beautiful city
This family's experience:

Activities: We visited the Herzog August Bibliothek, which is considered an eighth wonder of the world. We looked at the historical books, including medieval manuscripts, early prints from the 15th century, and beautiful illuminations. We were impressed by the design and the collection of historical books and artifacts. The children also viewed the astrolabe and old maps

Highlights: The children were amazed by the Herzog August Bibliothek. They enjoyed seeing the old books, especially the astrolabe and the globes and the design of the place. Even if there are more child-friendly attractions, it is worth a visit, especially if you have an interest in culture ✨
