“Caution: High Voltage!” – Experience the History of Electricity (in Rinteln, Germany)
This family's experience:

Activities: We visited the "Achtung Hochspannung" (Attention High Voltage) special exhibition and the permanent exhibition. We saw various contraptions related to electricity, including a Tesla coil, an Elektrisiermaschine (electrifying machine), a Morse apparatus and a bicycle-Egometer

Highlights: We found out that at the top of the Tesla coil, on pressing a button, lightning is generated. Janis was excited about the Morse apparatus. We also liked the exhibits of electro-devices and their wireless predecessors ✨
