Harz: Rammelsberg visitor mine for families

Harz: Rammelsberg visitor mine for families
This family's experience:

Activities: We visited the Rammelsberg mine in February 2022, including my two older sons and my little daughter. We followed a guide in the mine for about an hour. We saw the Röder-Stollen, the old tunnels, helmets, and colorful crystals. We also saw an industrial complex with an old waterwheel, and a grid with a ten-meter void below it. The visit was very interesting

Highlights: The experience was very exciting and intense. The guide explained how the mine worked in the 18th century. We enjoyed the short tour of the Röder-Stollen. My son, who had previously been to a coal mine, really wanted to see it. It was a great experience! ✨
