The Wurmberg is a mountain located in the Harz region of Germany, with a height of 971.2 meters. It is the second-highest mountain in the Harz range and the highest in Lower Saxony. The mountain offers opportunities for alpine skiing and is home to the Wurmbergseilbahn, a cable car that takes visitors to the top. The area around the Wurmberg is also home to several natural attractions, including the Wurmbergklippen, two rocky outcrops on the south flank of the mountain.
