The New Garden is a 102.5-hectare park located in Potsdam, Germany, featuring several architectural gems, including the Marble Palace, the Orangery, the Dutch Etablissements, the Shingle House, and the Gothic Library. The park was commissioned in 1787 by Frederick William II and designed by gardener Johann August Eyserbeck. It was later transformed into an open park landscape by Peter Joseph Lenné between 1816 and 1828. The park is expansive and inviting for exploration, with visual connections to the gardens of Sacrow, Peacock Island, Glienicke, and Babelsberg. The New Garden is also home to Cecilienhof Palace, where the Potsdam Conference was held in 1945
