Tiergarten

The Tiergarten is Berlin's largest and most popular inner-city park, offering a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The park has a long history dating back to the 16th century when it was used as a hunting ground for the Electors of Brandenburg. Today, it features several notable landmarks, including the Victory Column, the Bismarck Memorial, and the German Chancellery. Visitors can enjoy a stroll, outdoor activities, or a picnic in the park, which also includes a large playground, several lakes, and numerous walking and cycling paths. The park is also home to the Berlin Zoo and the Tiergarten's own lake, Neuer See, which offers boat rentals and a beer garden during the summer months
