What to expect

Teufelsberg is a hill made of rubble with a former US listening station, offering a spectacular view of Berlin. The hill was created from the rubble of the devastated city after World War II and was used as a listening station during the Cold War. Today, it is a popular place for a day out, with guided tours available to explore the remains of the complex and its five large radar domes. The area is also home to a large street art exhibition with over 400 works and offers a great spot for hiking, mountain biking, and paragliding. Visitors can enjoy the beautiful nature and magnificent sunsets, making it a great place to visit with family and friends

Activities: We hiked to the Teufelsberg and Drachenberg, two of the highest hills in Berlin. We visited the remains of an old listening station. We also enjoyed the views from the Drachenberg, which is used for kite flying

Highlights: It was fun climbing the hills. The view from the Drachenberg was amazing. The Sanddüne was also a nice spot, the children liked it ✨
