The Reichstag building is a historic legislative government building that is the seat of the German Bundestag. It is also the meeting place of the Federal Convention, which elects the President of Germany. The building was constructed between 1884 and 1894 in the Tiergarten district and has undergone several renovations, including a major redesign by Norman Foster from 1995 to 1999. The building features a landmark glass dome above the plenary chamber and is an important symbol of the city. Visitors can explore the building and learn about its history and significance
