Kanonenberge is a charming and popular hiking spot in Grünau, Berlin. The area features a wooded range of hills, known as the Müggelberge, with several trails to explore. One of the trails, Kanonenberge und Dahme ab Kietzer Feld, is a 5.1-mile loop that takes about 2-2.5 hours to complete and has an elevation gain of 390 feet. The trail offers scenic views, including the Kleiner Müggelberg with the Müggel Tower, and passes by the historic butterfly nest and the Dahme river. The area is also home to other trails, such as the Kanonberge - Teufelssee - Müggelturm - Dahme trail, which is a 6.4-mile loop with an elevation gain of 813 feet. The trails in the area are considered moderately challenging and are suitable for hiking and running. Families can enjoy the scenic views and the opportunity to spot deer and other wildlife
