What to expect
The Feldlahnalm is a popular hiking destination for families, located in the heart of Bavaria. The hike to the alp is approximately 3 km long and takes around 1-1.5 hours to complete, depending on the route taken. The path leads through a wooded gorge with many small waterfalls, providing a pleasant and shady walk, even on hot summer days. Upon arrival, visitors can enjoy traditional alpine delicacies and explore the petting zoo with donkeys and goats. The alp also features a spacious playground with a tractor, sandbox, and hammock, making it an ideal destination for families with children. The Feldlahnalm is open all year round and offers a great hiking experience in both summer and winter

Activities: We went on a hike to Feldlahnalm & Rechenbergalm. It's a great tour for families with children, with two places to stop and many animal encounters to keep the little hikers motivated. The hike is mostly on easy paths, but the ascent to the Rechenbergalm is a bit more challenging
