The Scheidegger Wasserfälle is a geotop located northwest of Scheidegg in the Lindau district, about 1.5 km east of the German-Austrian border. The waterfalls consist of several rock steps, over which the Rickenbach river drops a total of over 40 meters. The area is a popular tourist destination, with several hiking trails, observation decks, and information boards providing insight into the geological formation of the waterfalls. Activities: We hiked to the Scheidegger Wasserfälle. The kids enjoyed the playground and the views from the Aussichtsplattformen. We arrived at 5:30 p.m. and it was not crowded. We had a picnic for dinner
