Hiking with children in the Allgäu: 5 tours in the western Allgäu
Activities: We did an alpine ridge hike in the Nagelfluhkette National Park. We took the Hochgratbahn (cable car) to save on altitude. The hike included a ladder, secured sections, and climbing over rocks and roots. We had a break at FalkenhĂĽtte and Oberstiegalpe
Highlights: The hike was an adventure for our daughter. The Gratwanderung (ridge walk) is a Wanderabenteuer (hiking adventure) that includes seilversicherte Stellen (rope secured sections) and metaltritte (metal steps). We recommend it for everyone who wants to hike in the Allgäu with children ✨
