What to expect

The Oberaudorfer Sportlerweg is a varied circular path that leads through and around Oberaudorf. Along the way, you can learn about over 20 successful athletes from 12 decades in various disciplines. At each station, you'll find a life-size figure of the athlete and important information on the associated information board. The path starts at the valley station of the Erlebnisberg Oberaudorf-Hocheck and leads over the 'Luegsteinhals' to the Luegsteinsee, then to the Schloßberg, sports field, and through the village center, passing by the Kurpark, before returning to the starting point. Oberaudorf is also the birthplace of notable people such as Edmund Stoiber and Bastian Schweinsteiger
