What to expect
The Brauneck-Bergbahn is a gondola lift located in the Bavarian Pre-Alps, near the city of Lenggries. It provides access to a popular ski, excursion, and hiking area, and is also used by paragliders and hang gliders. The lift has a length of approximately 2500 meters and overcomes a height difference of 800 meters, with a journey time of 12 minutes. The Bergbahn can transport up to 800 people per hour and has 85 cabins, each capable of carrying four people. Additionally, special transport gondolas are available for carrying hang gliders up to 4.20 meters in length. The area offers a range of activities for families, including skiing, hiking, and paragliding, making it a great destination for outdoor enthusiasts
