What to expect
The Luisenpark is a municipal park in Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, located on the left bank of the Neckar river. It has an area of 42 hectares and features various attractions, including a greenhouse, an arboretum, a Chinese garden, gondoletta boats, and facilities for children. The park also has a lake, a rose garden, and an open-air stage with approximately 1,000 seats. The Chinese garden, named 'garden of the many views', and its tea house were built in co-operation with Mannheim's Chinese twin city Zhenjiang. The park is a popular destination for families, with themed playgrounds, a farm with a petting zoo, and an indoor playground. Visitors can also enjoy a ride on the Gondoletta and attend regular cultural events on the lake stage
