What to expect

The Sentier du Littoral, also known as the sentier des Douaniers, is a coastal path in Toulon, France. This path was created under the Premier Empire to monitor the coast and prevent smuggling. Today, the path is secured and partially rehabilitated, offering stunning views of the Rade de Toulon and its surrounding islands. The path is suitable for families and offers a variety of landscapes, including coves, small bays, and crystal-clear waters. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely walk, observe the diverse Mediterranean flora, and even snorkel in the Anse Magaud. The path has been extended from the Fort Saint-Louis to the Tour Royale, where a beautiful garden and a memorial to submariners can be found

THE COASTAL PATH (from Mourillon)
This family's experience:

Activities: We went for a walk on the Sentier du Littoral in Toulon. We started from the corniche, went down the stairs with the stroller, and walked along the path. We stopped at a viewpoint to admire the sea and take photos, but turned back because the path became less accessible with the stroller

Highlights: The views were magnificent with the pines, the discovery of the creeks and the sea. We could admire the sea and the coast. We took the air and it was great! The mini did not want to stay in the stroller, she would have preferred to stay in my arms ✨
