The Promenade du Paillon, also known as the "coulée verte", is a 12-hectare green space in the heart of Nice. It is a urban park that stretches from the Théâtre National de Nice and the Musée d'Art Moderne et d'Art Contemporain to the sea. The promenade features a large mirror of water with 128 jets, as well as many trees, shrubs, and plants. It is a great place for a family walk, with play areas and structures for children, and is open all year round. The promenade is also home to various events and exhibitions, including the Nice Jazz Festival. Animals are allowed, as long as they are kept on a leash
