La Croisette

Promenade Cannes, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, France

What to expect

The Promenade de la Croisette, also known as the Boulevard de la Croisette, is a prominent road in Cannes, France, stretching along the shore of the Mediterranean Sea. It is about 2 km long and known for the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, where the Cannes Film Festival is held. Many expensive shops, upscale restaurants, and hotels line the road. The Croisette is a great place to take a stroll, enjoy the beautiful views of the sea, and soak up the sun. There are also play areas for children at either end, and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The promenade is also the gate to some of Cannes' best beaches, both public and private. It's a fantastic spot for people-watching and admiring the sports cars that glide along the boulevard
