The Château de la Castre, also known as the Château du Suquet, is a medieval castle located in the heart of Cannes Old Town, Le Suquet. The castle dominates the city of Cannes and offers fantastic views across the bay and the Lerins islands from the top of its medieval tower. Inside the castle and the nearby chapel, visitors can find a collection of paintings, art, and archaeological artifacts, including a wide collection of antiquities from the Mediterranean and the Middle East. The 11th-century Saint Anne Chapel houses a remarkable collection of musical instruments from Asia, Africa, America, and Oceania.
