What to expect
The Parc de la Préhistoire is a theme park that takes visitors back in time to the daily life of Cro-Magnon humans. The park offers various workshops and activities, such as hunting, flint knapping, fire starting, and cave painting, allowing visitors to experience life as it was 16,000 years ago. The Grand Atelier, a 2500 m² museum space, features films, objects, and life-size replicas, including a reproduction of the Salon Noir de la grotte de Niaux. Visitors can also explore a reconstructed prehistoric camp and learn about the art of prehistory. The park is suitable for families and offers a fun and immersive experience for children
