Lac de Pareloup is a large artificial lake located in the Occitanie region of France. It is one of the five Lakes of Lévezou and is known for its picturesque landscape and numerous water-based activities. The lake has a rugged shoreline of 130 kilometers, creating numerous peninsulas and coves for exploration. Visitors can enjoy sailing, canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, water skiing, rowing, and swimming. There are two monitored public beaches, Pareloup and Vernhes, offering ample space for relaxation and recreation. The lake is also a popular spot for fishing, with a variety of fish species present.
