Narbonne Cathedral, also known as Cathédrale Saint-Just-et-Saint-Pasteur, is a Roman Catholic church located in the town of Narbonne, France. The cathedral is a national monument and dedicated to Saints Justus and Pastor. Its High Gothic style takes inspiration from the great cathedrals of Northern France, with a unique choir featuring vaulting that soars to over 40 meters. The cathedral was built between 1272 and 1340 but remained unfinished due to the refusal of the Consuls to demolish the ramparts to provide stone for its construction. The side chapel, dedicated to Our Lady of Bethlehem, has a 14th-century altar-piece in painted stone, and the Treasury displays a rich collection of liturgical objects, including ivories, gold, and tapestries
