Port de Biganos

Port de Biganos is a small, traditional fishing port on the southern side of the Bassin d'Arcachon. The port is known for its charming wooden cabins, which are painted in bright, colorful stripes, making it a picturesque and unique spot. The port is connected to the Bassin d'Arcachon by a river and is home to around 50 small fishing boats. Visitors can explore the port, enjoy a meal at a local restaurant, and take a stroll along the nearby footpath. The area is also suitable for families, with a canoe rental station and a snack bar nearby. Additionally, the town of Biganos has two harbors, including the Port des Tuiles, which has a rich history and is surrounded by typical vegetation of the delta de la Leyre
