La Cité de l’Océan is a space dedicated to the discovery of the ocean. It offers a unique opportunity to deepen knowledge through a playful and original staging, answering questions such as where the ocean's water comes from, how waves are born, and whether the ocean is in danger. Visitors can observe, listen, and experience the ocean through various activities, including descending into the abyssal depths of the Gulf of Capbreton on a bathyscaphe, being surprised by a storm during a visit to the helm of a shipwreck, and meeting Archie the giant squid.
