What to expect

The Domaine de Certes et Graveyron is a unique natural space of 530 hectares located in the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon, on the communes of Audenge and Lanton. The domain has a rich history, having been used for salt production, agriculture, and fish farming. Today, it is a protected area with a diverse range of flora and fauna, including 336 species of plants, 42 species of mammals, 253 species of birds, and 400 species of insects. The domain is managed by the Department of Gironde and offers a range of activities, including guided tours, animations, and access to the site for people with disabilities. The domain is also home to several partners, including the League for the Protection of Birds, the Botanical Conservatory of South Atlantic, and a regional office of the Ministry of Culture. The site is accessible to all and has a range of facilities, including a reception area, toilets, and a picnic area
