The Château de Tiffauges is a medieval fortress located in the Vendée Valley, 20 minutes from the Puy du Fou and 25 minutes from the Clisson Valley. This former home of Gilles de Rais, Marshal of France and comrade-in-arms to Joan of Arc, is full of secrets and inspired the legend of a certain Bluebeard. The castle offers daily entertainment, including live firing of war machines, exceptional 3D films, and guided tours. It is also accessible to people with reduced mobility.
