The Moulin de Parcé is a historic mill located in Parcé-sur-Sarthe, France. The mill's foundations date back to the 10th century, and it has undergone several transformations over the years. In the 19th century, the mill had three wheels, with the smallest one used to grind oak or chestnut bark to produce tan for tanning hides, and the two larger wheels used to produce flour that was exported to other countries. The current owners have restored the mill, which has received the René Fontaine prize from the Maisons Paysannes de France in 2019. The mill occasionally hosts events and is open to visitors. The owners, Jean-François and Isabelle Monnet, are passionate about preserving the mill's history and sharing it with the public. They have also restored the mill's second wheel, using local materials and traditional techniques
