The Polder de Sébastopol is a nature reserve located in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, France. It was created in the 19th century as an agricultural project, but after the dike was breached in 1978, the area was restored and is now a protected site. The reserve is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, including over 170 species of birds, 242 species of plants, and various insects, reptiles, and mammals. The site is managed by the Communauté de Communes de l'île de Noirmoutier and is classified as a Regional Nature Reserve.
