Les Machines de l'île is a unique attraction located on the Île de Nantes, showcasing a collection of extraordinary machines, including the Grand Éléphant, the Carrousel des Mondes Marins, and the Galerie des Machines. The Grand Éléphant is a majestic animal that goes for a walk, creating a moving architecture leaving a steel cathedral. The Carrousel des Mondes Marins seems to have been born in the belly of the Île de Nantes and is located on the banks of the Loire river, across from the Musée Jules Verne. The Galerie des Machines is a living space with a veritable bestiary of machines. The site also features a gift shop, a café, and picnic areas, making it a great place to visit with family and friends
