What to expect

The Carrousel des Mondes Marins is a unique and imaginative mechanical aquarium located on the banks of the Loire river. This 25-meter-high and 22-meter-diameter carousel is a reinvention of fairground art, with three stacked carousels and a Big Top adorned with pediments, guarded by 16 fishermen from around the world. Visitors can discover the sea in all its states, from the seabed to the surface, with 35 mechanical elements, including a Giant Crab, a Reverse Propulsion Squid, and a Manta Ray. The carousel is suitable for adults and children, with unsupervised access allowed for individuals aged 13 and up. The place is also accessible, with information available on accessibility for visitors with disabilities
