Manoir de la Cour

The Manoir de la Cour is a medieval building constructed in the 13th century by the canons of the cathedral chapter of Le Mans. It was the administrative, economic, and social seat of the lordship of Asnières. Classified as a historic monument, it is one of the few well-preserved examples of a civil building from this period. The manor offers a permanent exhibition on the 700 years of history of the site and daily life in the Middle Ages. It features an interactive environment with models, games, and activities, making it a great pedagogical tool for discovering medieval history.
