The Lille Zoo, also known as the Parc zoologique de Lille, is a 3.5-hectare zoo located in the Vauban-Esquermes district of Lille, France. The zoo is home to over 350 animals from 80 species and is organized into six thematic areas: 'Autour du monde', 'Voyage exotique', 'D'île en île', 'Excursion sud-américaine', 'Terres d'Afrique', and 'Sous les tropiques'. The zoo is a member of the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria (EAZA) and the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA) and participates in European breeding programs for endangered species. The zoo offers a variety of animals, including pandas, gibbons, and lemurs, and is a popular tourist destination in the region
