Nausicaá, the national sea center, is a discovery center for the marine environment located in Boulogne-sur-Mer, France. It features the largest aquarium in Europe, with over 17 million liters of seawater, and is home to around 58,000 marine animals from around the world. The center has various exhibits, including a historical exhibition and a voyage through the high seas, where visitors can learn about the ocean's ecosystem and the importance of preserving it. Activities: We visited this giant aquarium, which is the largest in Europe dedicated to the knowledge of the marine universe. We explored aquariums, re-enactments of marine environments, and the penguins' beach. We spent about 2.5 to 3 hours there with our children, including time at the restaurant
Highlights: Our children were enchanted by the aquarium, especially the penguins. We loved the spectacle of the sea lions, the sharks' aquarium, and the 4D animation film. The kids were glued to the aquariums, discovering species they didn't know. We ended our visit with the shop to get some souvenirs ✨
