The Dôme Équatorial is a tropical paradise and an extraordinary place for the conservation of species. It houses a wide variety of animals, including anacondas, squirrel monkeys, scarlet ibis, giant otters, manatees, golden lion tamarins, and Komodo dragons, in spaces that are as close as possible to their natural environments. The dome is a monumental bioclimatic structure, almost alive, with a temperature maintained at 26°C throughout the year. Visitors can explore 19 pools and aquariums, observing a wide range of aquatic animals, and discover over 200 extraordinary species. The Dôme Équatorial is part of the ZooParc de Beauval, which is home to 35,000 animals, including giant pandas, koalas, and lions.
