The Vallée des Traouïéro is a natural refuge with a unique landscape of giant pink granite blocks and a rich botanical heritage. The area is home to rare species of ferns, mosses, and plants that have evolved due to the micro-climate within the boulders. Visitors can explore the valley through a 3.7 km or 5 km hike, discovering the Traouïéro's magical atmosphere, Chaos granitiques, and remarkable gorges. The valley is also home to several points of interest, including the Grotte des Contrebandiers, the pierre tombale, and the piliers maçonnés en granit. The hike is considered of medium difficulty and requires good shoes and a steady foot. The valley is not accessible to strollers or people with reduced mobility, but dogs are allowed on a leash

Activities: We went for a walk in Vallée des Traouïéro. The kids hid in a cave, walked on small wooden bridges and stone bridges, and climbed granite rocks. They looked for elves and sprites. We went back the next year, without the kids, to finish the hike, following the stream to the lake
Highlights: It was a good time with family and friends. The children loved hiding in the grottos and climbing on the rocks. Even when it rained, we were sheltered by the dense vegetation. The valley is just magnificent! ✨
