The Parcours de la Chouette is a pedestrian tour in the historic center of Dijon, France. The tour consists of 22 stops and takes about an hour to complete. It allows visitors to discover the city's main landmarks, including the Notre-Dame church, the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, and the Saint-Bénigne Cathedral. Along the way, visitors can follow bronze arrows in the shape of an owl, which is the symbol of the city. The tour also passes through charming streets and squares, such as the Rue des Forges and the Place de la Libération. Additionally, there are three optional loops that allow visitors to explore other areas of the city, including the Jean-Jacques Rousseau district and the Chartreuse de Champmol. The tour can be done with a booklet or with the help of a smartphone application
