Sauzet

Sauzet is a commune in the Drôme department in southeastern France. It is situated in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and has a population of 1,834 as of 2022. The commune has a total area of 19.19 km² and is located at an altitude of 92-430 meters. Sauzet is a rural town with a medieval history and is surrounded by several other communes, including La Bâtie-Rolland, Bonlieu-sur-Roubion, and Montélimar.
