La Jasserie du Coq Noir is a former summer pasture farm in the High stubble of Drill, now converted into a restaurant and museum. The restaurant serves traditional local dishes, including patia, a typical dish of the Hautes-Chaumes, as well as local products such as sausage, pate, and ham. The museum teaches about life on the mountain pasture, the activities of men and women, and the history of the region. The association that manages the Jasserie also organizes activities such as hikes, concerts, and storytelling evenings. Visitors can also buy local products in the on-site boutique. The Jasserie is a great place to discover the culture and traditions of the Auvergne region
