The Pic du Lizieux is a volcanic formation located in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France, near the city of Mazet-Saint-Voy. It stands at an altitude of 1388 meters and offers a 360° panoramic view of the surrounding landscape, including the Meygal and Mézenc mountain ranges. The site is classified as an Espaces Natura 2000 and 'Volcans en liberté' area, and is home to a variety of flora and fauna, including chevreuil, sanglier, martre, hermine, and over 100 species of birds. Visitors can access the site via several hiking trails, including the Sentier de Bonas and the Circuit du Lizieux, which offer varying levels of difficulty and scenic views. The Pic du Lizieux is also a popular spot for skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, with equipment rentals available at the nearby Ferme du Besset
