Lac Soulier, also known as Lac d'Issarlès, is a lake located in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France, in the city of Le Lac-d'Issarlès. The lake has a surface area of 0.9 km2 and a maximum depth of 138 meters. It is a popular destination for outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing. Visitors can walk around the lake on a pedestrian path, rent pedalos to explore the lake, and enjoy swimming in its clear waters during the summer months. The lake is also used for hydroelectric power generation, which can cause significant water level fluctuations outside of the summer tourist season
