The Refuge de Pré Peyret, also known as Cabane de Pré Peyret, is a mountain refuge located in the Vercors massif. It is a stone hut with a room that has a stove and a small table, and can accommodate up to 10 people on the ground floor, while others can sleep on the upper floor. The refuge is known for being frequently visited, especially on weekends. There is a nearby fountain, Fontaine des Endettés, which is easily accessible. The refuge is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and is a great starting point for hiking trails, including the GR® trail. The area is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, including marmots and vultures
