What to expect
Mont Bénand is a high alpine pasture great for family walks, offering magnificent viewpoints over Lake Leman, the Jura Mountains, the Mémises, the Bernex valley, and its peaks. It is a Chablais UNESCO Global Geopark Key Site with a marked footpath called 'The Secrets of Mont Bénand' that allows visitors to discover its natural and patrimonial riches. The area is suitable for family-friendly walks, with pets allowed on a lead due to the presence of herds. The trail takes you through pastures and villages, providing beautiful views of the surrounding landscape, including the Dent d'Oche, Mont César, and the Gavot plateau
