What to expect

Mont Aiguille is a mountain in the Vercors Massif of the French Prealps, located in the commune of Chichilianne. The mountain, known as one of the Seven Wonders of Dauphiné, is a relatively flat limestone mesa surrounded by steep cliffs. Its first climb in 1492 marked the birth of mountaineering. The mountain lies within an area designated as the Vercors Regional Natural Park and is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, including orchids and bouquetins.
